We perform stamping operations using eccentric presses with a pressing force ranging from 10 to 500 tons. We process materials from sheets (blanks) as well as coils, utilizing progressive dies. Additionally, we provide the design and manufacturing of stamping tools. Upon request, we arrange the required surface treatment in cooperation with our partners.
For further sheet metal processing, we use mechanical bending machines, a modern 100-ton CNC press brake, a mechanical rolling machine, and a sheet metal edging machine. Holes in products are made using column drills or multi-purpose and single-purpose punching machines.
