Metal and sealing production
We deal with serial and custom metalwork for the automotive, furniture and construction sectors, incl. production of machines and tools. The main technologies include stamping on presses from 10 to 500t, 3D CNC bending of tubes up to 40mm in diameter and wire up to 8mm in diameter. We specialize in manual and robotic welding in ABB and Cloos cabins. We also have two fiber lasers with a power output of 3 kW, one of which is used for 2D sheet metal cutting, while the other is a 3D laser for cutting profiles with a tilting cutting head. We manufacture various types of flat washers mainly from copper and aluminum. We are certified under the ISO 90001 and 140001 standards. We are a modern company that keeps up with new technologies, even though we have been operating on the Czech market for over 80 years. Traditional quality, precision and the effort to meet the needs of customers as much as possible continue to remain in the first place for us.
