We currently operate three welding robots. A collaborative welding robot URIAS from FABA robots, designed for welding simple assemblies with high precision, ensured by the TPSi system from FRONIUS. A highly efficient welding cell with an ABB robot, suitable for larger and more complex parts. A welding microcell from Cloos, designed for specialized applications.
We also have resistance spot welding technology, which allows us to weld wires, sheets, and metal components. Typical products include bed frames, stands, racks, carts, and various other products and semi-finished parts.
Additionally, we operate a dedicated TIG welding automation system for specialized welding applications.
